Very robust machine operating on compressed air and 220V – Plug and Play! Ideal for filling small batches. Only a very small compressor is needed to operate this machine, which can also be supplied if desired. We recommend a minimum 12L compressor.

The filling machine features a 1000ml cylinder, allowing it to fill up to 1000ml per stroke. For larger volumes, you can operate the machine multiple times; for example, 2500ml can be filled by running two 1250ml cycles. The minimum fill per stroke is 100ml, and any volume between 100ml and 1000ml can be filled in a single stroke. We also offer models with cylinder capacities up to 5000ml per stroke.

Equipped with a suction hose, the machine can draw product directly from a drum or IBC. It includes a foot pedal and an automatic mode. In automatic mode, the machine continuously dispenses, enabling fast and efficient processing of larger quantities. With the foot pedal, filling can be performed at a pace that suits the operator.

Depending on operator speed and fill volume, 15-25 units per minute can be dispensed, making this a high-speed machine. The unit weighs approximately 15–20kg and can be easily placed on a table. Manufactured entirely from stainless steel for high durability and quality.
