For sale: brand-new filling machine suitable for the precise filling of liquids, pastes, and semi-viscous products. Typical applications include, but are not limited to:

Reliable, Simple, and Efficient
This machine operates fully pneumatically and requires only compressed air. As a result, it is very low-maintenance, reliable, and immediately plug & play ready. A small air compressor is sufficient to operate the machine; we can supply one if needed.

Adjustable Fill Volume
The filler is equipped with a 500 ml cylinder, allowing up to 500 ml to be dispensed per cycle.

- Minimum fill size: 50 ml
- Any volume between 50 and 500 ml can be filled in one stroke
- Larger volumes can be achieved simply by multiple consecutive cycles

Large Hopper & Expansion Options
The machine comes with a 30-litre stainless steel (SS) hopper. Additionally, it can be connected to an IBC container or a 200-litre drum, making it possible to efficiently process larger filling batches.

Manual or Automatic Operation
The filling machine features:
- Foot pedal – fill at your own pace
- Automatic mode – continuous filling cycle for higher volume batches
Depending on the product, fill volume, and operator, approximately 15 to 25 units per minute can be filled.
