Description

Offered for sale is an automatic side board reconditioning line with singulation, trimmer for cross-cutting, 2 stacking machines, additional ejection system, and decking strip ejector:
- Boards: 2000-5000 mm long, 16-40 mm thick, 70-200 mm wide, cycle rate 29 or 58 pieces/min, operated by one person seated at the joystick.

- Board transverse withdrawal with 4-strand rooftop chain cross conveyor
- Singulation steep conveyor, 6000 mm wide, 3000 mm inclined
- Alignment roller conveyor
- Chain cross conveyor for creating board layers
- Star turner and grading station before the trimmer
- Wane detection (ALFHA-Edger)
- Trimmer with 11 saws, pitch 50.5 cm: The operator (seated) judges via joystick:
- Without trim cut: 5000 mm into Stacker 1; alternatively, without trim cut 4000 mm into Stacker 1
- With trim cut: 4000 mm into Stacker 2 / with trim cut: 3000 mm into Stacker 2
- With trim cut: short lengths ejected into box
- With trim cut: 2 or 3 x 101 cm for deck strips
- Or destruction cut: cross-cut length 505 mm for vibrating chute below
- 2 stacking machines: 1 x 2500 to 5000 mm and 1 x 2000 to 4000 mm
- Automatic lowering of finished packages and transport to the automatic strapping unit
- FROMM strapping with 16 mm plastic band and automatic transport to the discharge roller conveyor
- ALFHA control system with Siemens S7 – ensures perfect operation. Performance recording / daily logs
- Control cabinets with Siemens components, SEW motors, Telco photoelectric barriers

As an example: With 4000/17 x 76 mm side boards, one employee processed, packaged and strapped approx. 15,000 boards in 9 hours.

The plant is still assembled, although the upstream profiler has already been dismantled. The system is therefore available immediately. It is very robustly constructed and has always operated reliably and trouble-free.
