The low-maintenance and service-friendly drive concept of the GEAR compressors features a robust drive motor with strong power reserves.
The highly efficient gearbox operates with minimal slip and high operational reliability, achieving an almost loss-free efficiency of over 98%, thereby protecting the drive. Additionally, a highly efficient separation of the cooling medium ensures a residual oil content of only 2–3 mg/m³.
Thanks to the enclosed design of the gear assembly, these units are ideal for operation under the toughest conditions.
