Alpha Laser ALM200

ALPHA LASER ALM 200 laser welder manufactured in 2014 in Germany by Alpha Laser GmbH, commissioned in 2017. This mobile laser welding machine features a 200 W laser source (9 kW laser beam power), enabling the repair and modification of a wide range of die, mold, injection mold, tool and machine components at any desired workstation. Welding is performed in semi-automatic mode. The mobile laser welding system features a narrow laser head that allows access to the interior of the welded part. Operation is via computer, joystick, and foot switch. The machine is in excellent technical and visual condition, regularly serviced.
