Alpha Laser ALM200

The ALPHA LASER ALM 200 laser welder was manufactured in 2014 in Germany by Alpha Laser GmbH, but has only been in use since 2017. This mobile laser welder is equipped with a 200 W laser source (9 kW laser beam power), enabling repair and modification of various press tool components, dies, injection molds, tools, and machine parts wherever needed. Welding is carried out in semi-automatic mode. The mobile laser welding system features a narrow laser head, allowing access to the interior of the welded component. The machine is controlled via computer, joystick, and foot switch. The equipment is in excellent technical and visual condition, and has been regularly serviced.
