Alpha Laser ALM200

The ALPHA LASER ALM 200 laser welder was manufactured in 2014 in Germany by Alpha Laser GmbH, but has only been in use since 2017. This mobile laser welding unit is equipped with a 200 W laser source (9 kW laser beam power), allowing for the repair and modification of various components such as stamping dies, molds, injection molds, tools, and machine parts at any chosen location. Welding is performed in semi-automatic mode. The mobile laser welding system features a narrow laser head to access the interior of welded components. Control is via computer, joystick, and foot switch. The machine is in excellent technical and visual condition and has been serviced regularly.

The unit is offered together with a worktable.
