Drum mixer FM-200 with modern frequency inverter control and timer function, ideally suited for industrial use. The machine features stepless speed control in the range of approx. 6 to 26 rpm, allowing optimal adaptation to various mixing processes. The integrated timer enables precise adjustment of the cycle time, with the machine automatically stopping after the pre-set time (up to a maximum of 99 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds).

Control is provided by reliable Siemens technology, housed in a robust Rittal control cabinet. For added safety, a brake motor securely locks the drum holder during loading, which can be released via a button in the handling area to allow manual rotation.

Equipment also includes an emergency stop switch as well as electronic monitoring of the protective enclosure with automatic machine shutdown. The machine is delivered ready to connect, including a 5-metre power cable with CEE 16A plug.

A particularly practical feature is the integrated steel drip tray with a capacity of approx. 220 litres. This is designed so that it moves together with the safety enclosure underneath the machine when being repositioned, thereby freeing up the handling area. In addition, the machine is forklift-compatible, allowing for easy transport and loading.

A major advantage of this machine is its flexibility: various collets are available from the manufacturer, so that in addition to the currently installed holder for a 200-litre bung drum, other container sizes can also be used without any issues.
