Atlas Copco BD 360+ ZP

The dryers in the BD 360+ to 1260+ series are heat-regenerated adsorption dryers that extract moisture from compressed air through an adsorption process. All dryers in this series are equipped as standard with an innovative Smart Cycle control algorithm. This results in significant energy savings under partial load, without the need for costly add-ons.

All components are mounted on a common base frame, fully wired, and ready for installation, with vessels and piping generously sized to minimize pressure drop within the dryer. The dryer can supply dry air with a low pressure dew point of -40°C or -70°C (optional) into the compressed air system.

Pre-configured including the following special equipment:

- Pressure dew point sensor
- Vessel insulation
- Blower filter
