ATOM FlashCut Fashion 26B All-in-One

We are selling our Atom FlashCut Fashion 26B All-in-One fully automatic cutting table system.

With an effective working area of 2,900 x 2,600 mm, a cutting window of 2,540 x 850 mm, and a separate output area of 1,200 x 2,600 mm, the FlashCut 26B provides optimal conditions for efficient workflows. The maximum cutting height of 20 mm enables the processing of a wide variety of materials, including multilayer applications.

Two independently operating tool heads ensure high speed and maximum productivity. Servo drives on the X-, Y-, and Z-axes guarantee precise movements with a travel speed of up to 80 m/min and an acceleration of 1G.

Intelligent Material Handling & Vacuum Technology

A continuous conveyor belt feeds material steadily into the processing zone. The vacuum table is divided into 300 x 300 mm segments, allowing targeted activation of individual areas. This ensures precise material fixation while minimizing energy consumption.
Two high-performance vacuum pumps with frequency control (3–15 kW) automatically adjust their output to actual requirements. The result: secure material fixation with energy-efficient operation.

Precision through Camera and Projection Technology

For maximum material utilization, the system is equipped with two cameras featuring integrated light sources and dimmers to detect irregular material contours—ideal for natural hides, for example. Defect areas can be digitally marked and considered in downstream processing.

Two high-performance projectors assist with automatic nesting by projecting cutting contours directly onto the material. In addition, article numbers, sizes, or further identification marks can be projected onto the cut parts—ideal for process reliability and traceability.

Powerful CNC Control & Software

The system is equipped with a modern CNC control unit, including a TFT color display, keyboard, and USB interface. An integrated PC with Windows Embedded, Ethernet connectivity, and TeamViewer support allows for easy operation and remote maintenance.

The software package includes:

- DXF converter for reading and converting CAD files
- Interactive layout software
- Automatic nesting software
- CAD module for creating simple geometries

Optionally, the Luxury Nest Strategy can be added to the system, providing a specially developed nesting logic for leather optimization. This considers quality zones, defect areas, and predefined rotation and grouping rules to maximize material yield.

The FlashCut 26B is delivered with a multi-tool head. Standard tools include:

- Drag knife
- Punching tools (various diameters)
- Marking tool
- Tracing needle
- Laser pointer
- Knife holder and ejector

This makes the system highly flexible for cutting, marking, and perforating operations.

Safety & Reliability
A safety monitoring system with light barriers and emergency-stop switches ensures maximum operational safety. The machine is CE-compliant and designed for continuous industrial operation.
