ATOM FlashCut Fashion 26B All-in-One

We are selling our Atom FlashCut Fashion 26B all-in-one fully automatic cutting table system, including a high-quality compressor from Puska (in operation for 4 years).

With a usable working area of 2,900 x 2,600 mm, a cutting window of 2,540 x 850 mm, and a separate unloading area of 1,200 x 2,600 mm, the FlashCut 26B offers optimal conditions for streamlined workflows. The maximum cutting height of 20 mm allows for the processing of a wide range of materials, including multi-layer applications.

Two independently operating tool heads ensure high speed and maximum productivity. Servo drives on the X, Y, and Z axes guarantee precise movements at a traverse speed of up to 80 m/min and an acceleration of 1G.

Intelligent material handling & vacuum technology

A continuous conveyor belt feeds the material steadily into the processing zone. The vacuum table is divided into 300 x 300 mm segments, allowing targeted activation of individual areas. This ensures the material is held securely in place while minimizing energy consumption.

Two powerful frequency-controlled vacuum pumps (3–15 kW) automatically adjust their performance to the actual demand. The result: secure material fixation with energy-efficient operation.

Precision through camera and projection technology

For maximum material utilization, the system features two cameras with integrated light source and dimmer for detecting irregular material contours – for example, with leather hides. Defects can be digitally marked and taken into account in further processing.

Two high-performance projectors support automatic nesting by projecting cutting contours directly onto the material. In addition, article numbers, sizes, or other markings can be projected onto the cut parts – ideal for process reliability and traceability.

Powerful CNC control & software

The system is equipped with a modern CNC controller, including a TFT color display, keyboard, and USB interface. An integrated computer with Windows Embedded, Ethernet connectivity, and TeamViewer support enables easy operation and remote maintenance.

The software package includes:

- DXF converter for reading and converting CAD files
- Interactive layout software
- Automatic nesting software
- CAD module for creating simple geometries
- As an option, the Luxury Nest Strategy adds a specially developed nesting logic to optimize leather cutting. This takes into account quality zones, defect areas, as well as defined rotation and grouping rules to achieve maximum material yield.

Versatile tool configuration
The FlashCut 26B is supplied with a multi-tool head. The standard equipment includes:

- Drag knife
- Punches (various diameters)
- Marking tool
- Scribing needle
- Laser pointer
- Knife holder and ejector

This makes the system versatile for cutting, marking, and perforating applications.

Safety & reliability
A safety system with light barriers and emergency stop switches ensures the highest operational safety. The machine is CE-compliant and designed for continuous industrial operation.
