Pipe End-Hammering Machine AHM 100 with Feed Carriage System "S" – Maximum Performance for Professional Pipe Processing
The pipe end-hammering machine AHM 100 is the ideal solution for industrial operations that require high-quality cold swaging and reduction of pipes. With its robust construction, high forming force, and fully automatable operation, it enables cost-effective production of drawing and folding tapers as well as precise cold forming of both round and square pipes. The result: stable tapers, optimal material flow at the start of drawing, and efficient processing of pickling and bonding fluids.

The AHM 100 is designed for heavy-duty applications and demanding materials:
Pipe diameter: 20–140 mm
Wall thickness: 1–6.5 mm
Pipe length: 3,000–8,000 mm
Material: steel pipes up to 800 N/mm² tensile strength
Straightness deviation: 2.5 D over the total pipe length
Working height: approx. 1,050 mm
This makes the machine ideal for a wide range of production environments—from steel processing and pipe profiling to drawing mills.
