Manufacturer’s description – Roller Coating System DWO

For the roller application of liquid media such as adhesive (including machine-processable PU glue, cold), oil, UV oil, wax, stain, paint, lye, etc. onto flat substrates such as wood, cork, cardboard, rigid foam, soft foam, metal, granite, etc.
Oiling, waxing, lye-treating and staining of furniture, floorboards, and parquet flooring are, of course, possible.
Minimum quantity application, e.g., UV oil 5 g/m² for small or large batch production. The amount of liquid applied can be finely and continuously adjusted by the dosing roller. The type of roller surface determines the minimum application amount: coarse, medium or fine grooved, open cell, closed cell, or smooth.

Various hardness levels and chemical resistances available. The individual rollers can be removed for cleaning in under half a minute.
All parts – except for the drive – are made of high-quality, rustproof materials such as V2A stainless steel and aluminum.

This machine was used for applying dispersion adhesive when bonding PU foam materials and is equipped with a finely ground stainless steel application roller (available as a paid upgrade).
