Design of the wood tool grinding machine ‘WTG-1’

The WTG is powered by a robust 500 Watt motor.
The carriage runs on a dust-protected, high-precision, ball-bearing linear rail, as used thousands of times in machine tools, industrial robots, and special precision machines.
The stepless grinding feed is ensured by a precise and self-locking dovetail mechanism.
Tool clamping is secure and stable thanks to a parallel clamping system.
