Applies hot-melt adhesive to the workpiece, feeds the edge tape to the workpiece, automatically cuts the tape from the coil, and presses it onto the workpiece, ensuring perfect positioning.

For trimming the front and rear excess edge with a 0° to 15° inclination.

- DOUBLE-MOTOR MULTIFUNCTIONAL PROFILE SHAPING UNIT AR02 E
For corner rounding and profiling workpiece edges made of synthetic material up to a maximum thickness of 3 mm.

- JOINTING MILLING UNIT RT02
Pre-mills the workpiece before glue application. Includes two 1.8 kW high-frequency motors at 12,000 rpm.

- SCRAPING UNIT RB02
For post-processing of thick PVC/ABS edges.

- FLAT SCRAPING UNIT RC02
Unit for removing excess glue at the joint area between edge and panel. Equipped with tracing rollers and a flat knife with operation control.

- BUFFING UNIT SZ02
For cleaning and buffing the workpiece edge with fabric polishing discs. The unit automatically adjusts to the workpiece thickness.

- ANTI-ADHESIVE SPRAYING DEVICE ADZ02
Precise application of anti-adhesive agent thanks to injectors activated by numerical control.

- KIT PRO-GLUE
The PRO-GLUE kit consists of the following components:
• TEKNO-GLUE system for optimal edge bonding through:
- Controlled sensing of the glue roller
- Automatic retraction when feed stops
- Automatic ON/OFF of the gluing section
• REVERSE system to switch the glue roller between co-rotating and counter-rotating operation

Electrical and mechanical preparations for use of special glue pots for POLYURETHANE glue on machines in EVA configuration.

NC axis for the fine trimming unit
Kit for automatic adjustment of tracing rollers and tools according to edge type and thickness. Adjustment via the control system.
Pair of multi-profile cutters for the fine trimmer: 25-degree bevel milling, R=2 mm + R=1 mm, and straight profile for solid wood.

NC axis for the profile shaping unit
Kit for automatic adjustment of the tracer according to edge thickness. Adjustment via the control system. Function for corner processing only.
