Units/Aggregates:
- Jointing cutter unit incl. AIGNER diamond jointing cutterheads with DIA interchangeable knife system (Konstantin) and controlled edge blow-off nozzle after the 2nd jointing cutterhead.
- End trimming saw unit with extraction device, incl. pneumatically tiltable saw blades, adjustable and programmable from the control panel.
- Radius milling unit
- Corner rounding unit (copy milling unit) with insert shelf function and 2-position revolver turret. The complete unit is pneumatically engageable/disengageable.
- Radius scraper unit, engageable/disengageable, incl. extraction device and chip collection box for scraper chips.
- Flat scraper unit with 4-way usable scraper blades. The complete unit can be engaged/disengaged. Removed glue residues are extracted.
- Buffing unit with 2 diagonally arranged cloth buffing wheels.
