The ER-03H Double-Wing Rotary Table is a base workstation for the prefabrication of houses for medium and large companies. The rotation of the prefabricated wall is carried out by tilting both wings of the table, allowing the prefabricated timber frame to be rotated for further processing. The vertical tilt of both wings ranges from 0° to 91°, enabling rotation in both directions.

The ER-03H table set can be equipped with pneumatically lifted roller sets in each wing, as well as roller pins for transfer, e.g., onto the WALLTRANS receiver at an angle of 82°.
Control is operated via a control pendant.

The first wing is used for assembly of the timber frame and boarding of the first side of the prefabricated element. After rotation, the second side is processed, followed by vertical alignment of the finished component.
