Brogli MH 100 C

This processing unit is designed for the production of creams, ointments, gels, pastes, lotions, suppository masses, etc., with a working volume of 100 liters. The total volume with the lid closed is 123 liters, and the minimum fill volume is 35 liters.

The system consists of a completely sealed, electrically/water-heated or cooled stainless steel vessel with a double jacket and a lid equipped with integrated mixing units and drives. The mixing vessel is mounted on three movable casters and can be rolled out for filling or cleaning.

The lid is mounted on a hydraulic column for lifting and lowering to facilitate cleaning and emptying. It is equipped with an inspection window and two inlet nozzles with valves. These nozzles can also be used for the addition of other product components. In addition, an adjustment device for setting the grinding gap of the toothed colloid mill is fitted.
