Basic Equipment

Controls
Main control panel mounted in the center of the cab with JVM for displaying information on a wide range of sweeper functions plus download capability for recorded data. Additionally, images from up to four cameras can be displayed on the JVM screen. A separate control console with palm rest for controlling the main sweeping functions is mounted on the door side.

Suction Blower
Variable suction speed from 1,800 rpm to 3,500 rpm to adapt to different applications. V65t: Higher gearbox ratio: 1.79:1

Disc Brush (Gutter Brush)
Quick-change brush system with variable sweeping speed up to 160 rpm (controllable from the cab). Highly visible signal yellow brush plate and hose guide.

Suction Nozzle
Suction nozzle made from cast aluminum, 250 mm diameter at the inlet with tool-free adjustment.

Dust suppression system
Spray heads for dust suppression are located at the suction nozzle(s), disc brushes, and along the front of the vehicle. "Pressadrain" water recycling system. EUnited 4-star certificate according to PM10.

Electrics 24 V
All external wiring harness connectors comply with IP67 protection class.

Sweeping Material Container
The body consists of a debris container and integrated water tank, made from high-strength stainless steel. Watertight rear door locking system with safety lock and drainage function. Two side maintenance doors and side storage compartments. A water strainer allows the debris container to be used as a large water tank for street flushing. Standard equipment includes rear discharge flap, automatic multi-stage debris container support, two protected rear rotating beacons, and LED work lights. Container volume 6.5 m³

Water Tank
The slosh-protected water tank can be filled via a type 'A' hydrant. The double diaphragm pump is suitable for continuous operation and even dry running. Water volume 1,545 l (optionally 2,000 l)

The smooth surface exhaust hood is lined with frequency-specific sound insulation.
