Basic equipment

Operating controls: Main control panel mounted in the center of the cab with JVM for displaying information on a wide range of sweeper functions with download capability for recorded data. Additionally, up to four camera feeds can be displayed on the JVM screen. A separate operator console with palm rest for controlling main sweeping functions is mounted on the door side.

Suction blower: Variable suction speed from 1800 rpm to 3500 rpm to adapt to different working conditions.

V65t: Higher gearbox ratio 1.79:1

Disc brush (gutter brush): Quick-change brush system with variable sweeping speed up to 160 rpm (controllable from the cab). Highly visible signal yellow brush plate and hose guide.

Suction nozzle: Suction nozzle made of cast aluminum with 250 mm inlet diameter and tool-free adjustment.

Dust suppression system: Spray heads for dust control are located at the suction nozzle(s), disc brushes, and along the front of the vehicle. "Pressadrain" water filtration system. EUnited 4-star certification for PM10.

Electrics: 24 V. All external wiring harness connectors are compliant with IP67 protection class.

External noise / sound power level: LWA 108 dB(A) for standard engines, measured according to EC Directive 2000/14/EC. LWA 112 dB(A) for high-performance engines, measured according to EC Directive 2000/14/EC.

Sweeping container: The structure consists of a debris container and integrated water tank. Made from high-strength inox (stainless) steel. Watertight rear door locking system with safety lock and drainage function. Two side maintenance doors and side storage compartments. A water strainer enables the use of the debris container as a large water tank for road flushing. Rear discharge flap, automatic multi-stage container support, two protected rear rotating beacons, and LED work lights are standard.

Water tank: The water tank with anti-slosh protection can be filled via a hydrant type 'A'. The double diaphragm pump is suitable for continuous operation and even for running dry.

Exhaust hood: Smooth-surfaced exhaust hood is lined with frequency-tuned sound insulation.
