In 2011, the machine was completely overhauled; the gear motor, heater, gas pressure spring, and heating elements were replaced.
The housing of the cleaning system and associated piping are made of stainless steel.
Very easy handling enables a fast working process.
Cleaning is performed using a special nozzle system with wide-jet nozzles while the rotary basket is driven.
A U-shaped spray system provides easy operation with high efficiency.
The spray device is supplied by a high-performance circulation pump, which ensures intensive treatment and is equipped with a mechanical seal with a hard metal face.
A heated tank in the lower part of the system is filled with cleaning fluid (98% water and 2% cleaning agent).
If the bath level drops, a permanent water connection ensures automatic refill.
This means safety for the heating elements and pump, as well as clean and precise dosing of the required water quantity.
Internal return baskets filter coarse dirt from the washing solution.
A vapor extraction system removes steam before the hood is opened.
