For continuous, high-quality parts cleaning
Stainless steel continuous cleaning system with oil separator for uninterrupted material flow. The workpiece is conveyed through sequential treatment zones, either continuously or via indexing, as needed. Cleaning is performed as the components pass by the fixed nozzle systems.

Suitable for parts with dimensions of approx. 400 x 100 x 200 mm
A wire eyelet link conveyor belt transports the parts horizontally or vertically through the cleaning system.
• Surrounding nozzle frame – staggered nozzle arrangement enables all-round cleaning
• Separation of treatment zones minimizes cross-contamination
• Customizable nozzles and frames tailored to the component
• Adjustable working dimensions, load capacities, and pump performance

The process steps occur in consecutive treatment zones:
• Spray cleaning with serial, wet process zones (washing, degreasing, phosphating, rinsing, passivation)
• Drying

Each machine comes complete with stainless steel drip trays for leakage protection, which are included in the price and supplied with the unit.
