Composed of several production modules, designed for medium and long production runs. It is also possible to use a single nailing module for short runs and faster format changes. (WE ALSO HAVE INDEPENDENT MODULES/HEADS)

Wood loader inside the first nailing machine, feed into the machine / manual / automatic.

Wood loader inside the second nailing machine, feed into the machine / manual / automatic. Nails the bottom part of the pallet.

4- MODULE (MARKER) HT etc.
5- MODULE (QUARTER TURNER)
6- MODULE (CORNER CUTTER)
7- MODULE (PALLET FLIPPER)
8- MODULE (STACKER)
9- MODULE (OUTFEED CONVEYOR)

Performance

1 head: 80-100 pcs/hour
Complete line: 150-200 pcs/hour
Fully automated line: 200-250 pcs/hour
Full line, fully automated: 250-300 pcs/hour
