The Micro GAP 50 DC is ideal for welding tasks that require precision, high-quality layer properties, and minimal alloying, particularly when fully automatic welding is not practical or applicable due to small batch sizes or varied tasks. The welding units are available with various equipment options. Operation is managed via push-button selectors and rotary knobs on the front display. The Micro GAP 50 DC is designed for manual and semi-automatic welding tasks where frequent parameter changes are necessary. All settings are clearly displayed in plain text on the LCD screen. Up to 100 parameter storage slots are available for saving welding parameters. The powerful inverter delivers 33 A at 100% duty cycle, which is sufficient for a variety of micro plasma welding operations.
