The Micro GAP 50 DC is ideal for welding tasks requiring precision, high-quality layers, and minimal admixture; particularly suited where fully automated welding is neither practical nor applicable due to small batch sizes or a wide variety of tasks. The welding units are available with various equipment options. Operation is via push button switches and rotary controls on the front display. The Micro GAP 50 DC is designed for manual and semi-automatic welding applications where frequent parameter changes are necessary. All settings are clearly displayed in plain text on the LCD display. Up to 100 memory slots are available for storing welding parameters. The highly efficient inverter delivers 33 A at a 100% duty cycle, which suffices for a range of micro plasma welding operations.
