Note on machine concept:
Unmanned complete machining 24/7 of cubic components. Material supplied via bar feeder D100 / 3,000 mm for round and profile material. Rotary table as positioning axis and machining of 4 adjoining sides via vertical milling spindle. End face (5th side) machined horizontally with swivel head. Clamping of the workpiece via chuck, separation of workpiece and 180° rotation, machining of the 6th side also horizontally with swivel head. Handling and removal system moves parts into storage.

Note on machine condition:
The machine was factory overhauled and technically updated at Chiron (CMS) in 2017.

The last spindle replacement was carried out in September 2025.

The machine was last serviced by the manufacturer in October 2025 (major annual service, 4,000 h).

From purchase to present, the machine has been continuously maintained under a full service contract by the manufacturer, including repairs and proactive maintenance, and kept technically up to date (preventive maintenance).
