CORMAK BS370H

The BS370H is a robust and reliable semi-automatic bandsaw with miter cutting capability ranging from -45° to +60°, featuring hydraulically controlled vice and saw arm. This essential machine for any metalworking shop is ideal for cutting tubes, profiles, and solid materials. The saw blade guides are equipped with special carbide plates and bearings, providing tremendous benefits for blade tracking, longevity, straightness, accuracy, and cutting quality. Carbide blade guiding significantly reduces machine and blade wear. The machine is fitted with a high-performance coolant pump in a closed-circuit system.

Power is transmitted via a worm gearbox. The machine is equipped with a three-phase motor offering two cutting speeds and thermal motor protection. The saw features a dial tension gauge (TENSOMETER) and an automatic shut-off in the event of blade breakage.

The upper part of the base is shaped as a tray to collect coolant and chips generated during cutting. The base mounts a cast iron worktable with a swiveling saw arm and a control console on a separate arm. During operation, the main cutting action is achieved by the movement of the saw blade, with arm descent providing the feed. The descent speed (cutting speed) is steplessly adjustable via the hydraulic cylinder.
