Years of effort from our team have resulted in the creation of the multi-blade metal WhirlWind impeller series, which, combined with a robust metal casing, forms the heart of this extractor.

The vacuum airflow efficiently extracts excess sawdust produced during mechanical wood processing.

The heavy-duty extractor design has been enhanced with a stable frame to ensure vibration-free and stable operation.

The entire structure is reinforced with appropriately thick supports, keeping the waste bags and discharge cylinders in the correct position on a heavy-duty base.

An additional advantage is the use of a flexible and durable gasket placed in a critical location for improved system seal.

Standard equipment includes a canvas filter bag and a disposable polyethylene waste bag. Flexible metal bands ensure long-term, trouble-free bag replacement.

Swiveling, ball-bearing-mounted casters enable smooth movement around the facility.
