Years of development by our team have resulted in the creation of the multi-blade metal impeller in the WhirlWind series, which, combined with a robust metal housing, forms the core of the extraction unit.
The generated vacuum air flow excellently collects excess sawdust generated during the mechanical processing of wood. The solid construction has been reinforced with additional supports in the base, ensuring stable and vibration-free operation.
The entire structure is reinforced with suitably thick braces that hold the collection cylinders and the weight of the dust bags in the correct position on the heavy-duty base.
An additional advantage is the use of flexible and durable gaskets placed in four critical locations to enhance the system’s overall tightness. As standard, we equip our extractors with canvas bags (for filtration and collection); flexible metal bands ensure long-term, trouble-free bag replacement. The use of swivel and bearing-mounted caster wheels makes it easy to move the extractor around the facility.
