The CORMAK H500SA automatic band saw is a technologically advanced double-column metal cutting band saw, designed for precise and efficient cutting of large steel parts, pipes, and profiles. Thanks to full process automation, high power, and robust construction, it is ideally suited for series production and heavy-duty operations.

Construction and technology:

The machine is built on a heavy-duty cast iron and steel structure, ensuring high rigidity and minimizing vibrations during operation. The H500SA double-column band saw features a 7.1 kW main motor and an independent hydraulic system. The saw frame is inclined at 3° to the work surface, increasing cutting efficiency for profiles and sections.

The blade is guided by carbide insert and roller bearing guides, providing perfect band alignment. The guiding head is adjustable to the width of the workpiece, which improves stability and reduces blade wear.

Precision and work performance:

The hydraulically controlled arm descent with stepless pressure regulation allows optimal parameter adjustment for the material being processed. The control panel with LCD display enables programming the quantity and length of cut pieces and monitoring working parameters.
