The refrigerated compressed air dryer is designed to lower the temperature of compressed air and remove water and oil particles contained in the airflow. Refrigeration dryers are essential in applications where humid air could cause corrosion, contamination, or damage to tools, machinery, or products. 1. Air-to-Air Heat Exchanger
In the first phase, the inlet air passes through a heat exchanger, where it is pre-cooled by the cooler air exiting the evaporator. The counterflow design enables energy recovery, increasing the overall energy efficiency of the system.
2. Refrigeration Circuit Evaporator
In the second stage, the compressed air enters the evaporator, where it is cooled to a dew point temperature of 3°C. This results in the condensation of water vapor and oil particles contained in the air.
3. Condensate Separator
After cooling, the gas-condensate mixture moves to a highly efficient separator where condensate is separated and automatically discharged from the device.
4. Fan Speed Control System
Variable-speed fan technology allows intelligent adjustment of cooling intensity to actual demand, reducing energy consumption and extending component lifespan.
