Description:
This high-quality DECKEL FP1 milling machine has been completely overhauled, both mechanically and electrically upgraded to the latest technology standards. The machine was fully disassembled, cleaned, all guideways were reground, all mechanical wear parts and electronic components including controls, drive motors, measuring scales, and much more were replaced, bringing it entirely to new machine condition.

As part of the modernization, a new, touch-safe control cabinet was installed as well as a new motor.
All axes are equipped with HEIDENHAIN direct measuring systems (positioning accuracy 0.005 mm).

A new CE-compliant control cabinet was installed according to current safety regulations (BGVA 3 / DIN-EN 60204-1 new machine standard).

Control system, drive package, and drive motors were fully renewed and modernized during the overhaul.
