Highlights of the measuring microscope include the camera-assisted data acquisition, quick operation, and its high precision. It also offers highly accurate edge detection in both transmitted and incident light using intelligent image processing algorithms. Despite its robust performance, the WM 1 300 CNC is compact and easy to handle, with dimensions of only 900 mm × 950 mm × 950 mm.
