Overview:
The eTuft (also marketed as Robotuft®) is a state-of-the-art robotic tufting machine for the production of designer tufted carpets, rugs, and custom artificial turf. It is suitable for single orders, series production, and sample creation. EFAB GmbH

Tufting Head Options:
The machine features an innovative, interchangeable tufting gun mechanism:

Pneumatic head – supports a significantly wider range of pile heights (cut pile up to 60 mm, J-tuft up to 100 mm), variable pile height for 3D effects, and different needle sizes (Ø 4.8 mm to Ø 11 mm).

Switching between the two systems simply requires loosening 6 screws – no electrical installation necessary.

Main Features:
- Laser pointer synchronized with the control system for precise head positioning
- Camera mounted on the tufting head for easy repairs directly at the machine
- Wireless remote control for operation from various locations
- Touchscreen monitor with Windows 10 and eHMI software (available in many languages)
- Compatible with a wide range of yarns: wool, viscose, nylon, cotton, polyester, polypropylene, and blends
- Production output of 1–6 m²/hour depending on design complexity, with a maximum tufting speed of 2,000 stitches/min (pneumatic).
