Emmegi MG4-VP

Fahrbare Spänesauger MG4, schallgedämpft und mit automatischem Start. Antistatischer Filter, geeignet für Aluminium-, PVC- und Stahlspäne-Absaugung. Automatische Filterreinigung sowie einfaches Entleeren des Spänebehälters dank Fahrrollen.

Die Ausführung VP ist mit einer Steuerungsbox mit potentialfreiem Kontakt für die externe Ansteuerung durch Maschinen ausgestattet.

Das frontale Saugsystem verfügt über zwei Saugstutzen aus Aluminiumguss mit jeweils 100 mm Durchmesser. Diese ermöglichen über kunststoffummantelte Schläuche mit Metallverstärkung den Mehrfachanschluss an Absaugvorrichtungen, die an Schneidemaschinen, Sägezentren, Bearbeitungszentren und PVC-Maschinen montiert sind.

Zum Lieferumfang gehören Reduzierstücke auf 70 mm, ein Y-Stück sowie ca. 14 m spezieller Absaugschlauch. (Optimal vorbereitet für eine Emmegi Doppelgehrungssäge)

Mobile chip extractor MG4, sound-insulated and equipped with automatic start. Antistatic filter, suitable for extracting chips from aluminium, PVC and steel processing. Automatic filter cleaning and easy emptying of the chip container thanks to castors.

The VP version is equipped with a control box with a volt-free contact for external control via the processing machine.

The front suction system includes two cast aluminium suction ports with a diameter of 100 mm. These enable multiple connections via reinforced plastic hoses to extraction systems fitted to cutting machines, sawing centres, machining centres and PVC processing machines.

Accessories included: reducers to 70 mm, Y-adapter, and approx. 14 m of special suction hose. (Perfectly set up for an Emmegi double mitre saw)
