Emmegi Phantomatic M4 L

CNC machining center with 4 controlled axes and automatic spindle rotation (0-180°). This allows the machine to reach all three profile sides of the workpiece without manual repositioning. The machine is equipped with a water-cooled spindle operating at 20,000 rpm. It is suitable for machining profile bars or components made of aluminium, PVC, light metal alloys, and steel up to 2 mm. The machine features a manual tool magazine with 9 slots and an automatic tool magazine with 4 slots on the left side of the cabin. Additionally, there is a second automatic tool magazine with 4 slots on the right side of the cabin. Profile positioning is achieved via a pneumatically operated stop on the left, with clamping provided by 4 robust clamps that are automatically positioned and controlled. A second pneumatic stop on the right side enables processing of large bars that are twice the length of the machining area (overlength machining).

A movable clamping area also facilitates loading and unloading of workpieces and significantly increases the maximum machinable cross-section.

The machine includes the following optional equipment:
- CamPlus software
- Shape software for creating custom machining operations or for importing machining drawings/contours
- an additional tool magazine
- a second stop
- a protective hood (fully enclosed)
