Emmegi Quadra L1

The QUADRA L1 consists of an automatic loading magazine and a gripper feed for profile lengths up to 7,500 mm. The feed system transports the profile bar to the machining unit, which is equipped with six spindle motors capable of performing drilling and milling operations all around the profile. The sawing module operates on three axes and is fitted with a saw blade with a 600 mm diameter. The finished part is transferred from the machining area to the unloading table by means of an unloading unit, where it is conveyed to the removal position using powered belts. The machining area is fully enclosed and can optionally be fitted with sound-absorbing mats.

Automatic loading magazine with a maximum capacity of 15 profiles at a width of 100 mm. The profiles are transported to the gripping position via a belt conveyor.

Automatic 3-axis CNC feed unit. Based on the profile data, the unit positions itself according to the length and profile cross-section at the pick-up position to supply the bar for processing.

The gripper clamps the profile bar at a predefined position specified in the drawing.

A 600 mm saw blade, thanks to its 3-axis movement capability, covers a large cutting range.

Our price is quoted net, plus the applicable VAT. Transport is not included, but we can arrange loading onto the customer’s truck by prior agreement.
