Description:
The ERBA BPT 1000 double-motor long trough vibratory finishing machine is ideally suited for ball polishing or processing of heavy workpieces. With its two motors, it effectively agitates even extremely heavy processing media and applies the necessary pressure to the workpieces.

It is equipped with a durable, hot-poured polyurethane lining. Emptying or separating is performed through a bottom discharge (manual/pneumatic). Insertable dividers allow the working tank to be partitioned into compartments for individual processing of parts. The machine features an electrical control cabinet and can be optionally equipped with a fully automatic PLC process control system. The motor speed can be continuously adjusted via a frequency converter (optional).
