ERBA EVP-RA 550 Rundvibrator mit Separierung

The EVP-RA 550 vibratory finishing machine from ERBA is equipped with an inclined process channel bottom featuring integrated separation. It offers an easily replaceable screening unit and is distinguished by high operational efficiency thanks to an integrated drop stage. Emptying and separation are performed via the integrated flap (manual/pneumatic). Upon request, reinforced suspension and a more powerful motor can be installed for higher loads. The motor speed can be infinitely adjusted using a frequency converter (optional). Thanks to its lateral discharge, the EVP-RA 550 can be linked with other machines. The system can be equipped with a fully automatic PLC control (optional).

ERBA vibratory finishing systems are known for their durability and longevity, which is also due to the hot-cast polyurethane lining of the process container.
