The POWER BEND PRO press brake by ERMAK is a highly versatile, productive, and precision-controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of pressing forces from 40 to 400 tons to meet your specific requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be configured as a tandem machine, providing maximum flexibility in bending length. It features numerous functionalities that ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design, combined with high-precision CNC control, guarantees long-term reliability and performance. Additionally, the machine offers a multitude of options and extensions to customize it to your production needs. The CNC graphical control DELEM DA enables easy operation via touchscreen and offers a comprehensive safety package. The machine is operated through an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm. Bending operations are initiated by foot pedal. For additional safety, a safety laser in the working area and a rear light curtain protect the operator. The CNC controller automatically calculates pressing force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
