The SPEED BEND PRO press brake by ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and accurately controlled machine available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of press forces from 40 to 1,500 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be configured as a tandem machine, providing you with great flexibility regarding bending lengths. It features numerous functions that ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design combined with precise CNC control guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. Additionally, the machine offers a variety of expansion and equipment options to adapt it specifically to your needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphical controller enables user-friendly operation via touch screens and offers a comprehensive safety package. The machine is conveniently operated via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swivel arm. Bending operations are initiated by a foot switch. In addition to this safety measure, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the work area and a rear light barrier. The CNC control of the press brake automatically calculates press force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
