Process Description:

The principle of wet blasting technology has proven itself for several decades as an extremely effective and powerful cleaning system.

The ET 6600 wet blasting machine is a rotary table wet blasting unit based on a blast wheel design, specifically engineered to remove contaminants such as oils, greases, emulsions, rust, scale, paint, or other organic deposits from components. The machine is equipped as standard with a process chamber, two blast wheels, a spray nozzle/blow-off manifold, and a rotary table. This table rotates the components in front of the blast wheels and spray/blow-off manifold, enabling the treatment of all areas to be cleaned in a multi-stage process (blasting + washing + rinsing + final drying).

Various components contaminated with oils, greases, emulsions, rust, scale, or other residues.

Workpiece Material:
Primarily metallic parts, but mineral or plastic workpieces are also possible.
