Width adjustment hydraulic, electronic positioning control with the following settings:
Stepless, cm indexing, and switchable to 2 cm indexing. Cutting width between flanges 24 – 440 mm.
10 programmable fixed dimensions, direct dimension entry in mm.
Constant dimension allowance, shrinkage allowance in percent.
Splitter wedge pair: 1x zero line, 1x separately hydraulically adjustable with electronic positioning control.
Splitter wedge opening 48 – 600 mm. Chain bed on the cut side.
Motor: 90 kW with power belt drive. Hydraulic unit.
Sliver separator ASV DK II with 2 separating lamellae.
Electrical control cabinet with power section and PLC control.
