organizes a public auction with ascending bids for the sale of the asset identified in this announcement.
The first auction will take place on 08.04.2026 at 15:00, at DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj County. If not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, 13.05.2026, under the same terms and at the same hour.
For asset inspections, the judicial liquidator will organize a viewing day on 06.04.2026 between 09:00-12:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator at 0763 478 619 and express their intention to participate prior to the scheduled date.
During the auction proceedings, additional viewing days may be organized, with details to be communicated to interested parties.
In case of a successful bid, the judicial liquidator will issue the invoice for the price of the awarded assets. The price will be converted into RON at the exchange rate communicated by the National Bank of Romania (BNR) on the date of invoice issuance.
The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.
The participation terms and conditions document, required for the auction, will be drawn up by the judicial liquidator in accordance with standard practices, will include the auction participation rules, and will be sold by the insolvency practitioner for 500 RON + VAT. It can be acquired from the liquidator’s office or by phone, and will be sent to the participant by e-mail.
A participation guarantee in the amount of 10% of the starting price is required. This, together with the auction registration documents, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date to the judicial liquidator's office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the assets for the successful bidder, and returned to those not declared successful.
In the event of equal bids, the bidder who undertakes to pay the full price in the shortest time will be declared the successful bidder.
Payment of the price must be made within 5 working days from the awarding. If the remaining amount is not paid, the winning bidder will lose the paid deposit and will not be allowed to participate in subsequent auctions.
