Gooseneck:

Steel Construction:
- Steel structure made of high-strength fine-grained steels
- Steel grades: S355J2+N/S355MC (yield strength 355MPa), S690QL/S700MC (yield strength 690MPa)

Coating:
- Complete steel structure is automatically shot-blasted after welding using a turbine blasting machine
- Second blasting treatment with corundum for optimum coating adhesion
- Full chassis metallized by HRM process with ZINACOR 850 (85% Zinc/15% Aluminium) for superior corrosion protection
- Final coating: two layers of 2K topcoat, single-color in RAL 3002 carmine red, according to RAL system 841GL

Including the following additional features:
- 2-inch king pin
- One galvanized steel headboard, approx. 400 mm high
- Remote steering from front and rear via cable remote with pushbuttons, axle alignment control (without installation in the tractor unit)
- Electro-hydraulic power unit
- 2 pairs of bolted container locks on external beams, including 2 pairs of container locks for 1 x 20' or 1 x 40' container
