Chassis, Semi-Trailer Logistics
Fine-grained steel welded construction, fifth wheel plate with replaceable 2" king pin, reinforced mounting point for "gallows" attachment with robust wear plates all around. Mounting bar at rear for aluminium ramps.
Outer frame in new, slightly angled design with "Load-Lock profile" for attaching lashing straps. "Patented Load-Lock-Cross" for lashing straps, in the cross member under the outer frame. 24-tonne, 2-speed landing gear, single-sided operation, with straight lower part, without thrust compensation, free landing gear corner dimension or free rear swing radius approx. 1920 mm, without support legs. 2 wheel chocks with holders, aluminium side underrun protection, steel rear underrun guard, quarter shell mudguards in front of and behind each axle, without impact guard. Spare wheel carrier for 1 spare wheel, including wheel mounting kit, spare wheel, manufacturer same as main tyres, steel rim.
Plastic toolbox, with shelf, w=620/h=360/d=440 mm, lockable with padlock.

Axles + Suspension
Drum brake axles, "axle/chassis laser alignment" to reduce tyre wear and fuel consumption. No steering, air suspension, without lift axle.

Brake System
2-line air brake system. Colour-coded line routing for easy service. Spring-actuated parking brake. 2 non-interchangeable coupling heads at the front, no connecting line. EBS - Electronic Braking System with EBS socket at the front, without connection cable. Note: The trailer may only be towed by towing vehicles that ensure the effectiveness of the ABS! With raise & lower valve, vehicle stability control system.

Wheels and Tyres
205/65 R17.5 manufacturer at the discretion for 8-ton axle load at 80 km/h, steel rims, factory silver finish.

Electrics
24 volt, multi-chamber rear lights, yellow LED side marker lights, 2 white position lights at the front, 2 white/red lane marker lights at the rear, 1 x 15-pin socket at the front, without connection cable, LED working light in the neck (switched via reversing light), if technically possible, additional LED working light at the rear, switched via reversing light.

Floor
Anti-slip phenolic plywood, approx. 30 mm thick, designed for high point loads, suitable for forklift axle loads up to max. 5600 kg.
