Fine-grain steel welded construction, lightweight design, fifth wheel plate with interchangeable 2 King Pins with hydraulic mount for Horsch Trailer Lift.
Curved front end, hydraulic landing legs, wheel chocks with holder, special version of side underrun guard, foldable rear underrun protection, quarter shell mudguards in front of and behind the axle unit, with anti-spray flaps only on the last axle, tarpaulin bar with bracket, rear towing hook.
Axles + Suspension
SAF/BPW disc brake axles with 430 mm disc diameter, axles/chassis laser aligned to reduce tire wear and fuel consumption, air suspension with restraining cables, 1st axle with automatic lift axle function, including forced lowering and start-off assist.
Braking system
2-line compressed air braking system, spring-loaded parking brake, 2 non-interchangeable coupling heads at the front, without connecting line, EBS, electronic braking system with EBS socket at the front, without connection cable.
Note: The trailer may only be towed by towing vehicles that ensure effectiveness of ABS!

Hydraulics
Low-pressure cylinder max. 170 bar, with HDK screw coupling, fixed part, NW 48 mm (no hose connection), operated hydraulically via truck PTO, hydraulic connection with hose and HDK screw plug NW = 48 mm with knurled nut. The hydraulic deactivation for the lowering left side wall and the trailer lift arms is automatic at approx. 20 km/h. The trailer lift arms can be locked separately, allowing for unhitching only.
Body
Aluminum box body made from high-quality, abrasion-resistant material, 5 mm thick front wall with external cylinder mount. Side walls made of 30 mm hollow chamber profiles, neatly welded, with spill-repellent top rails.
Side wall hydraulically lowerable on the left side over approximately 7800 mm, can be lowered by about 600 mm.
Note! Before lowering, the roll tarpaulin must be opened and roof hoops moved to the park position.
Note! Only in conjunction with electro-hydraulic package! Shovel and broom holder outside on the bulkhead. Inside with access steps at bulkhead.
Greenline – conical and aerodynamic body shape
Rear wall pendulum-mounted, with 2 grain discharge slides.
Rear wall also hydraulically liftable by approx. 1000 mm
