Fine-grained steel welded construction, fifth wheel plate with replaceable 2" kingpin, outer frame slightly sloped with 'Load-Lock Profile' for lashing straps, 24 t. 2-speed landing gear, single-sided operation, with straight lower section, no sliding support compensation. Note: Free landing leg corner dimension or rear swing clearance approx. 1930 mm without supports. Pull-out ladder at the rear, lateral door retainers, pallet box for 32 Euro pallets (extended version), ground clearance approx. 300 mm. Rear underride protection, galvanized transverse steel angle 'Blocker' as forklift and hinge protection, pallet stops both sides approx. 15–20 mm high, bolted design; loading height reduced by approx. 15–20 mm.

Axles & Suspension
SAF disc brake axles with 430 mm disc diameter, 'axle/chassis laser-aligned' to reduce tire wear and fuel consumption, air suspension, no lift axle.

Braking System: 2-line compressed air brake system, color-coded lines for easier servicing. Spring-loaded parking brake.
2 error-proof coupling heads at the front, no connecting line, Haldex EBS, electronic braking system with EBS socket at the front, no connection cable, with raise/lower valve.
Vehicle stability system, brake pad wear indication via EBS CAN bus signal for display in driver's cab (truck must be pre-equipped), axle load recognition via EBS CAN bus signal for display in cab (truck must be pre-equipped), no truck installation (no calibrated scale).
Tire pressure monitoring system Haldex TPMS via EBS, without truck installation (truck pre-equipment required).

Electrics: 24 Volt, multi-chamber LED lights with resistors, yellow side LED lights, LED license plate illumination.
2 white front position lights, 2 white/red lane guidance lights at the rear, 1 x 15-pin socket at front, no connecting cable, additional LED work light at rear, switched via reverse light.
Floor: Phenolic resin panels approx. 30 mm thick, on longitudinal crossmembers, designed for high point loads for forklift axle loads up to max. 7,100 kg.

Front bulkhead / front corner posts
2 x 580 mm high, steel corner posts, volume version, release for side curtain at front bulkhead.
"Crash Blocker," inner lower section at approx. 140 mm height with steel impact protection.

Center stanchions: 2 pairs sliding stanchions along entire length, 4 mounting pockets each, long pocket below, 2 pairs of stanchion positions.
Insert slats: 5 rows of aluminum V-insert slats.

Rear wall / rear corner posts
Steel rear corner posts, up to roof edge, curtain engagement with round tube and tensioning ratchet
Rear portal doors, double-leaf, each with 2 internal locking rods.

Tarpaulin: Curtain, with welded-in horizontal and vertical belts, tension locks of stainless steel.

Roof: Sliding roof, rear end-lift foldable, roof can be slid from rear to front, L-roof rail for automotive industry, internal width between roof rails approx. 2,490 mm, curtain color: white, non-elastic roof, minimal sagging of roof rail during loading/unloading, anti-ice system with one central hose, automatic vent via brake light, optimal rear rain gutter, top of end cross rail above doors.
