Chassis Semi-Trailer Container
Fine-grained steel welded construction, fifth wheel plate with replaceable kingpin (size 2)
Container Mounts:
1 x 20-foot container centrally positioned (or swap body containers 7.15 / 7.45 m), front not retractable, container locking twistlocks in extended version
24 t two-speed landing legs, single-sided operation
with anti-spray mud flaps as per EC regulations
Stainless steel drip tray with 1 1/4-inch drain pipe + 1 1/4-inch shut-off valve, including drip plate, perforated step plates approx. 400 mm wide, left and right between drip tray and longitudinal beams
4 hose trays approx. 4500 mm long (hose box) for hose pipes 2 x DN 200 outside + 2 x DN 160 centrally arranged, rear hose box (stainless steel) 300 mm deep, splash-proof, lid (stainless steel) all around with rubber seal, with drain hole at the lowest point, then without lid on hose pipes
1 stainless steel grounding lug at the rear right of the frame, with international grounding label on the frame
Access steps on the rear right onto the underrun guard, at the rear externally on the main beam, step plate approx. 260 mm long and 300 mm wide

Operational Instructions
The total weight specified is technically possible; depending on the cargo, the total weight in compliance with permitted axle/support/king pin loads may not be achieved (poor driving and tracking behaviour possible if load distribution is incorrect)
This vehicle must only be loaded with 20' tank containers compliant with ISO 668 and specifically ISO 1496-3! Tank containers must have 'end-load-transfer areas.'
