Chassis: Container Semi-Trailer
Fine-grained steel welded construction, fifth wheel plate with replaceable kingpin and two kingpin positions

1 x 30-foot, 2 x 20-foot, 1 x 40-foot with gooseneck tunnel

1 x 45-foot with short gooseneck tunnel with rear overhang
Rear extension extended, 2nd stage + front extension 1st stage:
1 x 45-foot with long gooseneck tunnel and chamfered corners

Axles and Suspension

1st axle is a self-lifting axle including forced lowering and traction aid; activated by braking three times (traction aid functional up to an axle overload of 30% and up to a max. speed of 25 km/h)

2 foolproof coupling heads at the front, without connecting line
EBS, electronic braking system with EBS socket at the front, without connection cable
Note: The trailer may only be towed by tractors that can ensure full ABS functionality!

Axle load detection via EBS CAN bus signal, displayable in the cab (the truck must be pre-configured accordingly)

Operating Instructions
Special permit required if total train length exceeds 16,500 mm.

When transporting a 45’ container with a short tunnel, with or without front extension, the maximum permitted system length from kingpin to rear edge of vehicle and the total train length of 16,500 mm will be exceeded! The underrun protection must be extended manually! An exemption permit according to § 70 StVZo is required!
