Chassis Low Loader Trailer: Steel welded construction, turntable with robust ball bearing ring, foldable rear support, 2 wheel chocks with holder, aluminium side underrun protection, full-width rear mudflap (not in combination with forklift mount), half-shell mudguards, 1st axle with anti-spray mudflap, anti-spray mudflaps behind 2nd and 3rd axles, 1 plastic toolbox with shelf, lockable with padlock, dimensions: width=620 / height=360 / depth=440 mm. Extendable widenings to 3,000 mm. Central storage compartment for wooden beams on the loading area, 70 mm wooden beams for extension to 3,000 mm. Tie-down rings on the low loader, 1 pair of tie-down recesses built into the front longitudinal member at the gooseneck, each rated for 10 t. 4 pairs of lash holes on the outer frame, each for 5 t (for lashing strap attachment). 7 pairs of lashing mushrooms, recessed into the top and side of the outer frame, each rated for 10 t: 1x at the gooseneck, 6x in the low deck section; first tie-down 250 mm from the front and last max. 250 mm from the rear, distance between tie-downs not greater than 1,100 mm. 5 pairs of ring lashing points recessed in the outer frame, each for 5 t (can be converted for stake pockets). 2 additional pairs of folding tie-downs, each for 10 t: 1 at the gooseneck (overhanging), 1 recessed in the floor behind the last axle. 1 pair of screw-in lashings, each rated for 6.7 t (JDT), with large flange plate including thread as counterholder, at the front on the gooseneck.

Drawbar Assembly for Turntable Trailer: Drawbar with tested 40 mm towing eye, parking sockets for electric/ABS and air connections on the drawbar.

Axles & Suspension: SAF drum brake axles, "laser calibrated axles/chassis" – reducing tyre wear and fuel consumption, air suspension with lift & lower valve, separately operable front and rear.

Wheels and Tyres: 235 / 75 R 17.5" Fulda, wheels: 6x steel rims mounted inside in twin-tyre arrangement; 6x polished aluminium wheels mounted outside.

Brake System: 2-line pneumatic brake system, spring-loaded parking brake, trailer info centre for display of vehicle data such as axle load (not calibrated) and odometer, vehicle stability control, axle load detection via EBS CAN-bus signal for in-cab display (truck must be pre-equipped), 2 fail-safe coupling heads at the front with connection lines to the tractor unit, EBS, electronic braking system with EBS plug at the front with connecting cable.

Electrics: 24 Volt, multi-chamber LED lamps, side yellow LED marker lights, LED number plate lighting, brand Aspöck EcoLED 2 with dynamic indicator, premium LED side marker lamps, 2 white front position lamps in LED, 2 white/red lane guide lamps at the rear in LED, 2x 7-pin fail-safe plugs at the front with connecting cable, additional LED work light at the rear, 1 LED beacon with holder, switched via parking light, 2 pairs of LED warning signs illuminated and extendable to 3,000 mm.

Floor: Gooseneck front with steel/ribbed plate covering, storage box recessed in the approach slope to the gooseneck, followed by 70 mm larch wood floor, in the wheel arch area steel/ribbed plate covering, rear slope with 70 mm larch wood floor. Low loader deck including rear slope: 6,500 mm. Loading ramps: steel ramps, 2,800 mm long, 750 mm wide, laterally adjustable, additional lower ramp lock (prevents lateral sliding of the ramps, not in combination with side hydraulic ramp shift), wooden covering, spring-assisted lifting.
