Machine description

For sale is a high-performance and freshly serviced precision waterjet cutting system from market leader FLOW, model Mach 4 4020b.

The system features Flow’s high-end technology (6,000 bar instead of the usual 3,800 bar) and comes equipped with the Dynamic XD cutting head, which automatically compensates for angular errors and enables complex 3D and bevel cuts.

Special highlight for buyers: In January 2026, a comprehensive technical service was performed by the manufacturer (Flow Europe GmbH), including the installation of an official drive controller retrofit kit (approx. €18,000 including installation). As original replacement controllers for this year of manufacture are often no longer available, this upgrade provides long-term spare parts security and a modernized electronic control system. A test cut was successfully performed after the retrofit.
