CNC machining centre for drilling and milling operations on aluminium or steel profiles.

- Spindle head
Made from a lightweight alloy cross-table system, it ensures a significant weight reduction combined with high load resistance and maximum precision during machining.

Designed by Fom Industrie, it delivers high performance at both low and high speeds.

Tool clamping and unclamping are performed mechanically. The high-precision front and rear bearings guarantee control of axial and radial loads during all machining phases.

The electrospindle speed is controlled by an inverter with:
- Diagnostic display for fault indication
- Over-voltage and over-current protection
- Automatic controlled braking of the tool
- Brake power dissipation resistor

- Tool lubrication

- Tool magazine
Installed on the column in a protected position behind a rotary door, the tool magazine has 6 stations and is able to rotate in both directions.
Positioning is managed by an absolute rotary encoder, ensuring precision and reliability in position recognition.
Rotation is controlled by an inverter, providing high speed and accuracy during tool changes.

- Work area
Located on the base, the work area includes:
- 6 pneumatic (manual) vices for profile clamping
- Sliding on THK linear guides, ensuring precision and stability
- Pneumatic clamping
- Manual positioning with position display shown on the control unit monitor.

- Control console
The control console integrates the operator interface, comprising a PC, display, alphanumeric keyboard, and control keypad. It is mobile to ensure greater ergonomics and operational flexibility.
