is organizing a public auction with upward bidding for the individual sale of the assets identified in this notice.

The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at the DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L office in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County. If not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For asset viewing, the judicial liquidator will set a viewing day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00-14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and express their intention to participate prior to the established date.

In the case of an awarded sale, the judicial liquidator will issue the fiscal invoice for the value of the awarded assets. The price conversion into RON will be made on the date of invoice issuance, using the exchange rate established by the National Bank of Romania (BNR) for that day.

The bid increment is 5% of the starting price.

The terms and conditions for auction participation (the bidder packet) will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with standard practices, will include the auction participation rules, and will be sold by the insolvency practitioner at a price of 500 RON + VAT for assets up to 5,000 euros, and 1,000 RON + VAT for assets over 5,000 euros. It can be acquired at the office of the judicial liquidator or by phone and then sent to the participant via e-mail.

The auction participation guarantee will be 10% of the starting price. This, together with the auction registration documents, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date at the office of the judicial liquidator. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the assets for which the participant has been declared the winning bidder, and will be returned to those who were not declared winners.

In the event of equal highest bids, the winner will be the person who undertakes to pay the full price in the shortest period.

The payment term for the price will be 5 working days from the moment of adjudication. If the remaining price is not paid, the winning bidder will forfeit the advance paid as a guarantee and will no longer be eligible to participate in subsequent auctions to be organized.
