is organizing a public auction with ascending bids for the sale of each asset individually, as listed in this announcement.

The first auction will take place on 08.04.2026 at 15:00 at the DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. office, Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County. In case of no sale, the auction will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, and 13.05.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For asset viewing, the judicial liquidator will organize a viewing day on 06.04.2026 between 09:00-12:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator at 0763 478 619 to express their intention to attend prior to the scheduled date.

During the course of the auction process, the judicial liquidator will organize additional viewing dates, which will be communicated to interested parties.

Upon a successful bid, the judicial liquidator will issue the tax invoice for the value of the awarded assets. The conversion of the price into RON will be made on the date the tax invoice is issued, using the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania for that date.
The bidding increment is set at 5% of the starting price.

The auction participation file will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with standard industry practice, will contain the auction participation rules and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 lei+VAT for assets up to €5,000 and 1,000 lei+VAT for assets over €5,000. The participation file can be purchased at the liquidator’s office, or by phone and then sent by email to the participant.
The participation guarantee is 10% of the starting price. This guarantee, together with the auction registration documents, must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the auction date at the judicial liquidator’s office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the assets for which a participant is declared winner, and will be refunded to those who are not declared winners.

In the case of identical price offers, the winner will be the party that commits to pay the full amount within the shortest timeframe.

The payment deadline is 5 business days from the adjudication date. If the remaining amount is not paid, the winning bidder will forfeit the security deposit paid as guarantee and will not be allowed to participate in future auctions organized.
