Forstner manuelles Coil Abwickelsystem - 2000kg

Our modular Forstner decoiling system with decoiler towers and clamping yoke offers a space-saving solution for various coil sheet decoiling requirements. The system can be individually equipped with up to eight 2,000 kg decoilers. Additionally, it is possible to integrate a separate uncoiling device for smaller coils up to 1,000 kg. This enables fast and flexible changes between different colours. The clamping yoke is a highly cost-effective solution for carrying out quick and simple manual sheet changes. Up to eight coils are securely fixed in the clamping yoke. The required sheet is fed manually into the downstream machine via a handwheel.

Decoiler unit for 2,000 kg, braked, single-sided support, manually tensioned, available for installation at either the top or bottom.

The coil is loaded directly onto the cantilevered mandrel using crane, forklift, or pallet truck. The expanding mandrel is operated manually.
